Since the last release (2024.09), we have worked hard to enrich your Invenias experience. We are excited to share our latest updates with you:

Bull's Eye

In this release, our Bull's Eye update hits the target with enhancements to AI Assist.

What's New?

  • Notify Users of Missing Data: AI Assist now alerts users when required data is missing within the selected context, ensuring all information is complete before proceeding.
  • Assignment-Specific Enhancements:
    • New AI Prompts
      • Draft Interview Questions: Automatically generate interview questions tailored to a candidate’s unique skills, experiences, and achievements, drawn directly from their CV and aligned with the role’s key competencies.
      • Draft Assignment Brief: Generate a comprehensive brief for assignments, including key details and requirements.
      • Draft Rejection Letter: Quickly create personalized rejection letters, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • New Contexts for Prompts
      • Assignment Details: Includes the current assignment record, external assignment brief, company name, and assignment name.
      • Candidate Details: Access detailed information, such as CV/resume, candidate name, and the job title of the selected candidate.
      • My Details: Current user information such as name, job title, and company are used to personalize responses.
  • People-Specific Enhancements:
    • New AI Prompts
      • Pitch Candidate for an Assignment: Compose persuasive, personalized emails to candidates. Highlight unique opportunities, referencing their skills and experiences that match the job requirements.
      • Draft Interview Questions: Generate tailored interview questions based on a candidate’s background and the specific role requirements.

  • Missing Data Alert: By alerting users to any missing required data, you can guarantee that all information is complete before moving forward, significantly reducing the risk of errors.
  • Assignment-Specific Enhancements: By allowing you to quickly create personalized interview questions, assignment briefs, and rejection letters, you can save time and ensure consistency.
  • People-Specific Enhancements: By composing more persuasive emails and generating interview questions based on a candidate’s skills and job requirements, you can improve engagement and ensure stronger matches.

How Do I Enable This?

Generally Available: Provided AI Assistant is enabled for your Invenias database, these new features will appear without any additional config.

Invenias AI Assistant (formerly Copilot) is an optional feature. To request this feature for your Invenias database, please reach out to your Invenias Account Manager.

What's New?

New API Endpoints were developed to support partners and other third-party solution providers, reducing the number of requests they need to make by allowing them to specifically target recent changes in a tenant's database.

Why Does It Matter?

Enhanced Integration Transparency: Marketplace partners who have applications that integrate with Invenias and customers who have third party solutions can now easily see what’s changed in the database, ensuring smoother operations.

Resolved Issues

You've spoken, we've listened. The following issue has been addressed and resolved:

Spacing discrepancies within Fields Assignment No & Employment Type

The spacing is now proper in the Assignment No and Employment Type fields.

Error Removing Company Relationship from Large Company Records

Company relationships will now be removed without erroring.
