Bull's Eye
In this release, our Bull's Eye enhancement hits the target with Invenias AI Assistant (formally Copilot) for early adopters.
What's New?
Invenias AI Assistant (formally Copilot) integrates with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI and can be used to create correspondence by automatically pulling information from the Person record.
We are already developing the next set of features to further enhance this exciting new feature.

Why Does It Matter?
Invenias AI Assistant (formally Copilot) lets you summarize profiles, generate emails, and more with a single click. Use this industry-leading tool to boost productivity and efficiency by automating tasks.
How Do I Enable This?
After you have contacted your Invenias Account Manager to request this feature, you may complete the enablement process by following the steps in Enabling AI Assistant (formally Copilot).
Generally Available: Invenias AI Assistant (formally Copilot) is currently available only to early adopters on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to join the early adopters' queue, please contact your Invenias Account Manager.
New and Enhanced Features
To provide you with more value, the following new and enhanced features are now available:
Web
Custom Web Tab URLs
What's New?
We've expanded the functionality from 2024.06 when inserting dynamic fields into Custom Web Tab URLs. Invenias will now auto populate all of the fields used to create a Custom Web tab for all record types.
Why Does It Matter?
Save time and reduce errors by having information automatically populated for you.
How Do I Enable This?
When you click an icon to open a Webtab, Invenias will open the URL in a new browser tab with the URL constructed with data taken from the Invenias record.
Generally Available: The feature will receive this update; no action is required.
Desktop
Web Tab Popups
What's New?
Web tabs now supports popups for custom integrations.
Why Does It Matter?
This enhancement seamlessly integrates authorizations into web tabs.
Example: Provides support for built-in applications that require authentication popups.
How Do I Enable This?
Generally Available: No action is required.
Android App
Library and Security Updates
What's New?
The Android App has undergone multiple library and security updates for maintenance purposes.
Why Does It Matter?
Maintenance updates are crucial to ensure the app's optimal performance, protect user data, and maintain compatibility with the latest technology standards.
How Do I Enable This?
Generally Available: Android app updates are available through the Google Play Store.
Resolved Issues
You've spoken, we've listened. The following issue has been addressed and resolved:
Desktop
Error Pinning/Unpinning Journal Items in Bulk
Pinned journal items now remain at the top of the list view, even when pinned in bulk.
Inconsistent Saving of Email Type
Email types now consistently save the first time you set an email address as Personal or Business.
Web
Limited Owners List Displayed in Owner Column
The Relational Owner columns (e.g. Candidate Owner in Assignment), now display the full list of available owners for selection.

You will be able to effortlessly add new CVs by simply dragging and dropping them into the CV/Resume pane. This streamlined process will make managing candidate documents quicker and more intuitive than ever.
Invenias AI Assistant
You will have the ability to use AI Assistant in Assignment records, with Assignment specific prompts to save you time and streamline your workflows. In addition, you'll be able to use Assignment context in People Records, so you can reference an Assignment brief when prompting AI Assistant to generate content for People.
