Bull's Eye
In this release, our Bull's Eye update hits the target with the addition of a new grid export feature.
What's New?
We've added the ability to export up to 1,000 rows into a .xlsx format with ease.
Why Does It Matter?
The export rows to spreadsheet feature in Invenias empowers users with unparalleled flexibility, enabling them to work with data in a highly customizable and efficient manner. This enhances their productivity and data-driven decision-making capabilities, while also streamlining large-scale data exports, making them smoother and more efficient.
- Flexibility in data manipulation: By exporting data from Invenias, users can manipulate and edit the data outside of the platform using their preferred spreadsheet software.

The People Connections feature allows you to identify individuals who have studied or worked together.

You can now easily Pin/Unpin records in Assignment Grids and Programme Grids in the web application, allowing for quick access to key records.

Why Does It Matter?
Pin the most important Records to the top of a list to keep them front and centre.

- Simplify workflow: With frequently viewed records easily accessible, users can streamline their workflow, reducing the need to constantly scroll through lists or search for specific information.

Desktop
Mandatory Update: .net Framework 4.8.1 Required
From this release forward, Desktop Users will be required to have .net framework 4.8.1 installed. This is a standard Microsoft Windows component installed automatically via Windows Updates.

What's New?
We are pleased to announce significant performance improvements for Journal-based activity reports in Bullhorn. To enhance the speed and efficiency of report generation, our development team has optimized the Report_AllActions
stored procedure. This stored procedure is a critical component used by many of our custom reports that recognize journal activity, notably our two default user reports:
- Basic User Activity Report
- Detailed User Activity Report

Resolved Issues
You've spoken, we've listened. The following issues have been addressed and resolved:
BH Automations
Updates Not Writing to Client or Candidate Email Field
Automations that copy from another field will now work for the Invenias Email field.
Desktop
Contact Field Selections in the Header Not Retained
Any selection of contact fields in the record header will now remain when you return to a Record.
AI Assistant Greyed Out for Some User
AI Assistant will no longer display as greyed out for Users who have the appropriate user permissions.
Platform
Updated People and Positions Save
We’ve updated the way we’re saving People and Positions to reduce unnecessary entries being added to the entity change list logs.
Web
Errors Updating Existing Records When Full Parsing.
There will no longer be errors when updating existing records while full parsing any via workflow.
Custom Web Tab Icons Greyed Out
Custom web tab icons will no longer be greyed out in record headers.
