Since the last release (2025.10), we have worked hard to enrich your Invenias experience. We are excited to share our latest updates with you:

  • New feature
  • Upgrades
  • Resolved issues

Bull's Eye

In this release, our Bull's Eye update hits the target with the addition of AI Assistant Custom Prompts.

What's New?

Users of the optional Invenias AI Assistant (formerly Copilot) can now create their own custom system prompts. Each prompt can be configured with specific contexts to tailor how the assistant responds. Users can also preview their prompt before saving it to ensure it performs as intended.

Why Does It Matter?

This gives individual users more control over how the AI Assistant behaves and responds, allowing them to align outputs with their own workflow and communication style. The preview option helps users fine-tune prompts to achieve more accurate and relevant results.

How Do I Enable This?

The AI Assistant feature is optional and not enabled by default. To request enablement for your database, please contact your Invenias Account Manager.

Once enabled, an Admin user must configure the AI Assistant by selecting a supported provider (OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) and entering the required connection details in Settings > AI Assistant.

After setup, users with the Use AI Assistant and Access System Preferences permissions can create, edit, and preview their own custom prompts from the AI Assistant page in System Preferences.

Desktop

There are important updates for the desktop application that require your attention for continued use.

End of Support for Windows 10

From October 2025, we will no longer support the Invenias desktop application on Windows 10.

Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10. Continued use may lead to degraded performance or compatibility issues.

Best Practice: We recommend upgrading to Windows 11 to ensure a consistent experience.

Identity Server Upgrade

We are upgrading our identity server infrastructure over the coming weeks to enhance security and performance. The transition will be seamless for users, although you may be prompted to sign back into your Invenias client applications once your tenant has migrated to the new system. The actions you need to take are based on your organization:

  • For Standard Invenias Login Users: No action is required on your part beyond re-authenticating when prompted. We'll handle all technical details behind the scenes.

  • For Organizations Using Office 365 SSO: If you use Office 365 Single Sign-On to sign into Invenias, your Azure/Entra administrator will need to add a new redirect URI to your SSO application configuration:

    • Add the following URI to your list of allowed redirect URIs in the Entra Admin Center:

    • Copy

Add to this your subdomain and Entra Client Id

      https://{your-subdomain}.invenias.com/idp/federation/AzureAd-{your-entraclientid}/signin

Customers using Office 365 SSO will be migrated to the new identity server solution last in our phased rollout. Migration will only occur once we have confirmed that the new redirect URI has been added, to avoid any sign-in issues. We will contact you directly with timing details and next steps before your migration.

  • For Customers with Integrations: If you have integrations between Invenias and 3rd party applications (including Invenias Market Place Partners), these should continue working as usual as we will redirect requests to the new identity service.

  • For Customers Using the Invenias Power BI Connector: After your migration, if you experience any issues with the Power BI Connector, please download the latest version from https://{your-subdomain}.invenias.com and replace your existing connector file.

    • If you encounter any issues during this process, please reach out to our support desk at inveniassupport@bullhorn.com.
