Cloning a Form

1. Navigate to the Forms tab.

2. Select the desired form.

3. Click 'Form Export'

   • A file will download to your computer.

4. Open the downloaded File.

   • You can use a program like Notepad.

5. Change the value of the 'Form Name'. You will found value between the tags

   <formName> </formName>

6. Save (or Save As) this File as a .xml file type.

7. Go to the Forms tab

8. Select 'Import Form'

9. Pick the File you just Saved

10. Choose 'Import Forms'

The Form is now 'Cloned'. You will want to access the new Forms 'Form Editor' tab to further configure for desired values including Form Site & Destination. Also, go to the 'Mapping View' to determine if the Form is an Upset or New & if an attachment will be collected upon the Form submission.
