Configuration of Sandbox Forms

The Jobscience Forms product was originally designed for Production use. With some minor configuration, the Forms product can be 100% functional in a Sandbox environment. This includes the Form preview display when logged into Salesforce and the ability to submit a Form.

In the Sandbox(es) that will have a functioning Forms product, action the following steps. These steps can only be completed by a User with System Admin permissions.

1. Navigate to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings.

2. Pick Manage for the Forms Configuration option.

3. Select New.

   • Sandbox Name: the name of the Sandbox you are logged in as

   • Forms Site URL: the URL for the force.com Site that contains the permissions for the Forms product

4. Save your changes.

Tip: Repeat this process anytime a Sandbox is refreshed.
