Submitting Forms Inactive Owner Issue

When Forms Can't Be Submitted Because of an Inactive User

1. Update Forms to version 3.117 or newer.
2. Go to: Setup > Create > Objects > Form > Search Layouts > Edit "Forms List View".
3. Check the "Change Owner" button.
