Daxtra Search: Job Board Login Setup

Learn about creating new Job Board associations and modifying the login credentials of existing Job Boards.

These directions are completed via the Jobscience Interface and by a System Admin. If you are the System Admin but do not have the login details to the Daxtra Admin tab, please contact Jobscience Customer Success.

Creating New Job Boards

  1. Navigate to Daxtra Admin.

  2. Go to Admin.

  3. Select Job Board Logins.

  4. Click Add, you may need to scroll down to find this button depending on the amount of existing Job Boards.

  5. Choose the desired value from Job Board Name.

  6. Input the proper Username and Password.

    • Note this these are generally the same values you use to login via the web version of the site. Rarely do you need to input special data. Example Monster requires a CAT Code available from your Monster Account Manager. If the 'normal' Username and Password are unsuccessful reach out to Jobscience Customer Success for additional assistance.

  7. Use the User and/or Group fields to associate this Job Board to the proper User(s).

  8. Save your changes.

Modifying Existing Job Boards

Update credentials or associated user(s):

  1. Navigate to Daxtra Admin.

  2. Go to Admin.

  3. Select Job Board Logins.

  4. Locate the desired Job Board and click Edit.

  5. Update the necessary changes for Username, Password, User and/or Group.

  6. Save your changes.
