Daxtra Search Structured Options: Remove Filters

Daxtra Search allows for customer specific custom fields to filter/search against. These directions explain how to remove the options available.

Removing Daxtra Filter Options

These steps would need to be completed inside the Jobsciencedatabase by an Admin.

• Locate and Access the Daxtra Search tab

• Locate and Access the Admin tab

• Log in. If you are unsure of the credentials, reach out to JobscienceCustomer Success

• Click Structured Options within the Administration Tasks - Super User area

  • Uncheck the Active checkbox for any fields/filters you and/or the customer no longer want to utilize

  • Click Save
