What’s new?

AI Assistant is now available on Contact records, enabling users to leverage AI to generate messages to contacts. The following default prompts are included, as well as the option for custom prompts: Ask Contact About Upcoming Hiring Plans Clarify Job Requirements Pitch A Candidate To Contact Qualify Job Spec Requirements Admins can also create additional prompts in the AI Assistant Studio for use within Contact records.

Why does it matter?

Bringing AI Assistant to Contact records increases efficiency for recruiters by reducing the time required to write personalized messages to contacts.

How do I enable this?

AI Assistant for Contact records will be automatically enabled for customers with the Premium version of AI Assistant. If you are interested in enabling AI Assistant, please reach out to your Account Manager.
