Appointment Tracking for Multiple Attendees

What’s new?

An Appointment is now created and visible in the Activity tab for all Candidates, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities when multiple attendees are added to it. Previously, the Appointment only tracked the first listed attendee.

Why does it matter?

This new feature links multiple invitees and attendees to the synced appointment as references, ensuring all relevant parties stay connected.

The change benefits the following roles:

  • Sales Leader
