After publishing a job from Bullhorn and syncing it with SEEK, you can now access valuable insights into SEEK ad performance data performance. h3.

Why does it matter?

The new features allow you to analyze how the ad performs compared to industry benchmarks, identify the sources of applicants and compare them against other channels, and gain insights into conversion rates to improve the hiring process. For more details, watch this video. You can access these insights through the job postings user interface by expanding the actions drop-down menu.
