The July 2026 (2026.7) release for Bullhorn Automation expands third-party matching flexibility, adds a new Enrich from Note step, and enables file attachment conditions by default for new clients.
Match Candidates Supports All-Candidate Searching with Third-Party AI
When using the Match Candidate step with third-party matching services such as Textkernel, you can now match against all candidates without requiring list conditions, giving you full flexibility to use your matching provider.
NewEnrich from Note
A new Enrich from Note step lets automation workflows extract data from notes on candidate, contact, and placement records and use it in subsequent steps, without requiring custom API calls.
File Attachment Conditions Enabled by Default
File attachment conditions, which trigger automation steps based on file attachments on records, are now enabled by default for all new Automation clients. Previously, this required additional configuration to activate.
