What’s in this release
The July 2026 (2026.7) release for Bullhorn VMS Sync preserves active credentials during VMS upgrades, extends AI medical mapping to pre-existing job orders, and improves Magnit sync performance with increased pagination. The release also includes six resolved issues across Beeline, Fieldglass, ShiftwiseApiV2, SmartTrack, and general VMS submission handling. Active Credentials Preserved During VMS Upgrades
When a VMS integration is deprecated, existing credentials remain active and continue syncing normally. New credential creation for deprecated VMS types is blocked with a clear error message.
UpdatedAI Medical Mapping Now Applies to Pre-Existing Job Orders
Healthcare customers using AI Medical Mapping will now see specialty and position type data populate on positions that were processed before the feature was enabled.
UpdatedMagnit API: Sync Performance Improved with Increased Pagination
VMS Sync now fetches up to 1,000 records per request from Magnit (up from 100), significantly reducing sync cycle time for customers with high requisition and submittal volumes.
