What’s in this release
The July 2026 (2026.7) release for Bullhorn Time and Expense includes a report improvement for multi-branch approvers and four resolved issues across timesheets, expense approvals, and VMS Exchange. See the detailed release notes below for the full list of changes.
Detailed Employee Timesheet Report Shows All Branches
Approvers who manage placements across multiple branches can now see all of them in the Detailed Employee Timesheet report in the Approval Application. Previously, only one branch was shown.
FixedPast Expense Reports Automatically Sent for Approval
Expense reports submitted after the latest scheduled expense approval email now immediately send for approval. Previously, the approval email only sent on the next scheduled reminder time.
FixedWTEV2: Timesheet Screen Refresh After Rejection
The time entry screen in Web Time Entry v2 now refreshes when an employee opens a Rejected timesheet. Previously, the screen did not refresh, making the timesheet appear stuck in the Rejected status.
FixedVMS Exchange — Intermittent Processing Delays
Imported Exchange files now process in order and in a more timely manner. Previously, intermittent auto-processing delays caused some files to fall out of sequence.
FixedExchange Matching Process Performance Improvements
VMS Exchange employee and assignment matching now processes reliably during time file imports. Previously, matching sometimes failed and required manual intervention.
