2026 Minnesota Employee Withholding Certificate (W-4MN)
The updated W-4MN is now available in Onboarding 365 with the CDIB/Enrollment number field removed from Section 2, Box D to reflect the current form.
Fixed
State Tax Form and Document Upload Fixes
Resolved four issues: updated PA withholding hyperlink, corrected NC-4 Additional Amount field on PDFs, fixed Address Line 2 population on MN/MT/NY/OR forms, and removed unsupported .GIF and .SVG file types from I-9 and state tax form upload labels.
