Task Hub: Centralized Task Management
A new Task Hub provides candidates a single place for all tasks across application, onboarding, and the employee portal, giving them a consistent experience no matter where a task originates.
Granular Applicant Portal Controls
Portal administrators can now enable or disable individual sections of the applicant portal independently, giving organizations finer control over the candidate experience without requiring full portal customization.
State Tax Form Updates
State tax forms have been updated to reflect 2026 legislative changes, ensuring compliance across affected jurisdictions for employee onboarding and payroll setup.
Work Visa Expiration Dates Now Display Consistently
The workvisaexpiration_date field now stores and returns dates in YYYY-MM-DD format consistently across all records, resolving formatting inconsistencies for customers consuming this data through the API.
FixedDirect Deposit Sync Reliability Improved
When an applicant completes a Direct Deposit or Pay Account form, their information now syncs reliably to the ATS. A silent transmission failure that previously left pay account details out of sync without any visible error has been corrected.
