To pin the extension, click on the puzzle icon, find the
app and then click on the pin icon as shown below:Using

Make sure you're on a Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox browser.
Within your LinkedIn Recruiter, navigate to Advanced Search and open up your
extension (the logo next to the URL bar).Creating a New Search
If you are building a new search on the platform, simply click + button on the top left corner. Fill in the relevant areas, then click Build Search. Remember you can also include company groups, just as you would in LinkedIn.
You can then push the search across into LinkedIn by clicking Send to Recruiter.
Using a Previous Search
You can see your previous searches listed below the My Searches tab on the dashboard. If you'd like to use one of your team's searches, select the Team Searches tab. To view an individual search, click on the search's name.
Click the Send to Recruiter button under your selected search, and this will auto-populate your search in LinkedIn with the click of one button!
Editing Keyword Groups
Click on a selected keyword group on the Build form, and you'll see a panel appear on the left side. You can add or remove keywords from the keyword group and then click on one of the following buttons:
- Continue: This will only save the keyword group for this one search.
- Save: A pop-up will give you the option to either Save and Update your Team or Save as New. See Saving Changes to Keyword Groups to learn more.
- Cancel: This will revert all of your changes.

Click on one of your searches on your dashboard to access SmartSearch. SmartSearch enables you to Exclude terms that may be desirable rather than essential to your client. This will create an "AND NOT" in your boolean string and will generate a new search to widen your result pool.
