Credentials List Page
You can access the Credentials List page via the VMS Sync Dashboard.
The Credentials List page allows you to view all VMS portals set up for your account in VMS Sync. The Status column indicates whether each credential is in Active, Failed, or Pending status.
- Active: Credential working as expected
- Failed: Something has gone wrong; check your login details or contact Bullhorn Support
- Pending: The credential has not received any mail yet. This means either that no emails have been sent yet or that the email forwarding is set up incorrectly. When a mail is received this will switch to Active.
