VMS Credential Activation
VMS Sync processes notification emails from VMSs in real-time. This allows us to use the information contained in the emails to update positions and pass this information to your ATS.
Most VMSs allow
to update the email address they use for your credentials to xxx+xxxxxx@fyresync.com. If a VMS doesn't allow to update the email address, you must forward the VMS generated emails to an alternate address so that can process them. Each credential requires its own alternate address.The status of your Credential changes as VMS Sync confirms its associated email address. VMS Sync sets the Credential to:
- “Pending” status while it awaits email confirmation
- “Active” status when it receives the forwarded email
