Flex Mapping Configuration

Bullhorn can configure the VMS and ATS fields used for each credential.

VMS Inputs

These are the VMS fields used to set ATS values. For example, Company, Job Title, Location.

  • Each credential can have unique VMS Inputs.
    • Example: Credential A = City, State. Credential B = Title, Cost Center.
  • Adding/removing/changing config fields may invalidate current mappings linked to existing config.
    • Example: Removing City from config may unlink all linked mappings using City.
  • It's recommended to use consistent fields and avoiding overly specific values.
    • Example: City and State values are consistent, and can be used. Coordinator values change frequently, so it's not recommended to use them.

ATS Outputs

These are the ATS fields populated when the req matches the VMS Inputs. For example, Company, Hiring Manager, Worksite Location.

  • Each credential can have unique ATS Outputs.
    • Example: Credential A = Owner, Priority, Credential B = Company, Title.
  • ATS Outputs can be set as required (must populate to link).
