Branch Forms

The forms segment displays classic onboarding forms linked to a branch record. These forms plus the forms associated with a job order are both checked when assigning/placement someone on the job order.

Compass onboarding items and packages are NOT listed here. Instead, they are listed on the Onboarding segment of the Candidate record.

1. Select Forms in the segments drop-list.

2. The forms linked to the branch are listed on the segment.

   • Click the form name to view the record.
