The Shift Assignment List gives you a single view of all available shift assignments, including details such as date, time, company, job, and location. To enable this feature, contact Bullhorn Support.

Managing Shifts from the Shift Assignment List

You can update shift assignment statuses and scheduled times in bulk directly from the list. To get started, select multiple records, then click the blue Selected drop-down button.

Configuring Shift Assignment Status Options (Admin)

The options available in the Status drop-down in the Edit Modal are configured in Field Maps for Shift Assignment. To ensure the drop-down displays correctly, verify that the Edit Type for the Status field is set to Drop Down.
