Bullhorn Pulse
Bullhorn Pulse provides real-time insights into customer relationship health by tracking phone and email activity across your organization. It displays this data as cards so you can monitor engagement trends and identify the best times to reach out.
What Pulse Tracks
- Phone and email conversation activity
- Most engaged and top engaged contacts
- Top connected employees
- Best time of day to email a contact (in your timezone)
- Timelines of customer relationships
- Flagged emails from contacts
User Permissions
If your user type doesn't have permission to view all emails in your organization, Pulse respects that restriction on individual records. However, the summary data displayed is based on all email activity across your company, not just your own.
If a user does not have the action entitlement to view all emails in your corporation, Pulse will respect that; however, the high-level data displayed is still based on all email activity rather than just that of the particular user. This article covers Pulse basics.
