List Router Application

Overview

The List Router application allows you to create a menu action on an entity record in Bullhorn ATS that takes you to a prefiltered list of associated records.

This is part of a suite of applications designed to enhance Bullhorn functionality and deliver efficiency savings through reducing clicks. Instead of spending time manually filtering the list view, you can quickly jump to a prefiltered list of associated records.

The List Router application can save you time finding suitable jobs for candidates. Instead of going into the Job Orders list view and filtering the results to meet your criteria, the List Router application can achieve the same results. Simply click a menu action on the candidate record, and a new tab will open with a prefiltered list of jobs that match the candidate’s Skills and Categories.

Configurable Routes

The List Router can be configured in the following ways:

  • Candidate - Jobs: A menu action on the Candidate record forwards you to a Job list prefiltered by the Skills and Categories of that candidate.
  • Candidate - Placements: A menu action on the Candidate record forwards you to a Placement list prefiltered to show Placements for that candidate.
  • Candidate - Submissions: A menu action on the Candidate record forwards you to a Submission list prefiltered to show Submissions for that candidate.
  • Contact - Jobs: A menu action on the Contact record forwards you to a Job list prefiltered to show Jobs linked to that Contact.
  • Contact - Placements: A menu action on the Contact record forwards you to a Placement list prefiltered to show Placements for Jobs linked to that Contact.
  • Contact - Submissions: A menu action on the Contact record forwards you to a Submission list prefiltered to show Submissions for Jobs linked to that Contact.
  • Client Corporation - Jobs: A menu action on the Client Corporation record forwards you to a Job list prefiltered to show Jobs for that Client Corporation.
  • Client Corporation - Submissions: A menu action on the Client Corporation record forwards you to a Submission list prefiltered to show Submissions for Jobs for that Client Corporation.
  • Client Corporation - Placements: A menu action on the Client Corporation record forwards you to a Placement list prefiltered to show Jobs for that Client Corporation.
  • Client Corporation - Contacts: A menu action on the Client Corporation record forwards you to a Contact list prefiltered to show Contacts for that Client Corporation.
  • Job - Candidates: A menu action on the Job record forwards you to a Candidate list prefiltered by the Skills and Categories required for the Job.
  • Job - Submissions: A menu action on the Job record forwards you to a Submission list prefiltered to show Submissions for that Job.
  • Job - Placements: A menu action on the Job record forwards you to a Placement list prefiltered to show Placements for that Job.

Enabling the List Router Application

You must be live on a Bullhorn ATS or Bullhorn One system and have paid for the configuration of the application. This will include the enablement and initial configuration of the menu action. Additional configurations can be implemented at further cost.
