Hibernated Lists in Bullhorn Automation

Hibernated lists in Bullhorn Automation help you manage inactive contact lists more efficiently. This article explains what hibernated lists are, when hibernation is applied, and how to find, search, un-hibernate, and delete them.

Hibernation Logic

If the answer is "Yes" to the following criteria, Bullhorn Automation will hibernate the list:

You cannot hibernate a list manually. If you pause a list and add it to a group labeled "Archived," Bullhorn Automation will hibernate it automatically once it meets all the hibernation criteria above.

Finding Hibernated Lists

To find your hibernated lists, visit your ListsClosed A collection of ATS records that meets specified criteria, such as a scheduled end date or a low NPS response. page and scroll to the bottom. Click View hibernated lists to expand the section.

Un-hibernate a List

Do the following to un-hibernate a list:

  1. Open the Select Action menu on the right of the list.
  2. Select Wake Up.
  3. Once the list drawer opens, select Save to save this list and un-hibernate it.
    • You can also Preview the hibernated list to view the list logic before un-hibernating it.

Search for a Hibernated List by Name or Keyword

When you click View hibernated lists to expand the hibernated lists section, a search box appears at the top of the list. Type a name or keyword to filter your hibernated lists in real time. You no longer need to scroll through the full list to find a specific hibernated list.

Delete a Hibernated List

To delete a hibernated list, do the following:

  1. Open up the Select Action menu on the right of the list.
  2. Select Delete List.
    • You can also Preview the hibernated list to view the list logic before you decide to delete it.
