Timesheets FAQ

When a timesheet approver logs into their manager portal, they don't have access to their VMS/Group timesheets.
Timesheet approvers have Flash and non-Flash version of their portals. The Flash enabled version of the portal is required for managers to edit and submit VMS/Group timesheets.
Have the approver enable Flash on their browser to access their VMS/Group timesheets.
The Flash version of the portal is not available on mobile devices.

How can you reload a timesheet after changes have been made to the time entry section on the user record without unsubmitting/resubmitting the timesheet?
- View an affected timesheet
- Add &forceReload=true to the end of the URL

Timesheet hours pull based on the bill rate and payroll hours pull based on the pay rate.
If the bill rate is set to anything other than hourly or daily, it will display a code instead of the actual hours or days worked.
- Hours = Actual Hours
- Daily = Number of days worked that week
- Weekly = 3
- Monthly = 4
- Annually = 5

If a placement is on or past it's start date, why would they not see the option to enter time when they log in to Back Office?
One reason an employee is not able to enter time is that they are set up with a VMS or Group time entry method, which doesn't allow for individuals to enter in time.
Also, if the employee has any onboarding documents that are required prior to time entry, they will not have access to the timesheets tab within their portal.
