Completing and Submitting Documents for Approval

When your administrator sends you forms to complete, you'll receive a notification email and a pop-up appears immediately upon logging into your portal. In some cases, you may have to complete and submit these forms before you can enter any time.

  1. Log into your Employee Portal.
    • You should have received your credentials via email. If you have not received your credentials, please contact your administrator.
  2. Select the Documents tab.
    • Forms that have been sent to you that have not yet been completed will appear on the left in blue.
    • Forms that you have submitted, but have not been approved, will appear in orange on the right.
    • Forms that have been submitted and approved will appear in green on the right.

You can only attach files to forms that have a status of Sent or In Progress. If you need to attach a file to a form that’s been Submitted or Approved, contact your administrator or agency.

  3. Locate a document you wish to complete and select Create and Submit.
    • The button will be labeled Edit and Submit if the document is in progress.

  4. Complete the document. Required Fields will be highlighted in red.
  5. Once the document is filled out, select the Action button to open the menu.
    • Clear Data: Clears all the data you have entered into the form and closes the editor.
    • Save Data: Saves the data you entered in the form without submitting it.
    • Submit: Submits the form to your administrator for approval.
    • View PDF: View a PDF version of the form. Data you have entered will not appear unless you save first.

  6. Choose Submit.
  7. You will receive a popup notification asking you to confirm that you would like to submit the form. If you missed any required fields you will also receive a notification letting you know which ones are blank.

This popup will also display your PDF password. When your form is approved, you will receive a secured copy of the fully completed document that can only be opened using this password. You will use the same password for all of your documents.
