Enabling E-Verify for an Employee

Note: E-verify must be enabled on your account to use this function.

Overview

Enabling E-Verify at the candidate/employee level triggers Onboarding to add the I-9 to the candidates list of documents to complete.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Employees tab.



  2. Search for an employee and open their record by selecting Binoculars.



  3. Toggle E-Verify Enabled to Yes.



  4. Select to confirm your changes.
  5. The employee will be sent an I-9 to begin the E-verify process.
