Convert a Job Lead to a Job Order

Overview

This articles walks you through how to convert a Job Lead to a Job order. The Status of a Job Lead remains Open until it is marked as Lost or the Job Lead is converted into a Job Order. Converting the Job Lead starts the process of recruiting Candidates for the Job.

Job Lead Conversion Steps

1. Open the desired Job Lead record
2. Select the Quick Actions dropdown and choose Create Job Order.
   
   
3. The Job Lead Conversion popup window is displayed.
4. Save to confirm the Job Lead conversion. You have the option to edit or enter new data, but it is not required.
   
   
5. The Job Edit popup window opens. Enter the required fields and additional fields as needed. Click Save to finalize.
