Job Lead Details
When a Job Lead Name of BH4SF custom object. It stores details about a Job position not yet advertised or confirmed by a potential Client. Accessing the Job Lead Tab
You can access Job Leads Object. Its records store details about a Job position not yet advertised or confirmed by potential Client. Once you have opened a Job Lead record, the detail page contains different sections:

To view a Job Lead in more detail, select the desired Job Leads Name.

Job Lead Key Elements
The details stored in a Job Lead record include:
- Account Information
- Job Lead Details
- Job Description The text that contains all the information related to an open job position (responsabilities, requirements, skills, years of experience etc)
Job Lead Fields
Job Lead fields on the record are as follows:
- Unique alphanumeric Job Leads Name (auto-generated)
- Related Account
- Job name
- Job Lead Owner (e.g. the name of one of the Account Executives)
- Related Contact (e.g. the Hiring Manager The person that approves/rejects Consultant's Timesheets/Expenses (usually a Client Contact, or Hiring Manager))
- Job Lead Type
- Job Lead Status
- Lead Source
- Detailed Job Description (transferred automatically to the Job record upon conversion)
Job Lead Types
Available Job Lead types are:
- Consulting: Temporary position A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.
- Permanent: Permanent position
- Retained: High-level position (e.g. C-level positions A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.), exclusive recruiting rights
Job Lead Status
Available Job Lead statuses include:
- Open: Job opportunity Potential sales to new or established customers. with client still open
- Lost: Job opportunity was not be won
- Converted: Job opportunity won, and the Job Lead has been converted to a Job
