Job Lead Details

When a Job Lead record is created, basic client information and job requirements are saved. This article explains where you can find specific Job Lead Details.

Accessing the Job Lead Tab

You can access Job Leads from the Object Tabs Bar. A List View of Recently Viewed Job Leads is displayed.

Job Lead Record

Once you have opened a Job Lead record, the detail page contains different sections:

  • Job Lead Details
  • Action Bar
  • Activity Section

Viewing Job Lead Details

To view a Job Lead in more detail, select the desired Job Leads Name.

You can also locate a specific Job Leads:

  • Global Search
  • Account Related Lists

Job Lead Key Elements

The details stored in a Job Lead record include:

  • Account Information
  • Job Lead Details
  • Job Description

Job Lead Fields

Job Lead fields on the record are as follows:

  • Unique alphanumeric Job Leads Name (auto-generated)
  • Related Account
  • Job name
  • Job Lead Owner (e.g. the name of one of the Account Executives)
  • Related Contact (e.g. the Hiring Manager)
  • Job Lead Type
  • Job Lead Status
  • Lead Source
  • Detailed Job Description (transferred automatically to the Job record upon conversion)

Job Lead Types

Available Job Lead types are:

  • Consulting: Temporary position
  • Permanent: Permanent position
  • Retained: High-level position (e.g. C-level positions), exclusive recruiting rights

Job Lead Status

Available Job Lead statuses include:

  • Open: Job opportunity with client still open
  • Lost: Job opportunity was not be won
  • Converted: Job opportunity won, and the Job Lead has been converted to a Job

Job Lead Source

The Lead Source field provides information for evaluating and comparing the effectiveness of different Job boards. Your System Administrator can add a new source to the list or to set it up as a required field.
