Before You Use Power Notes Subject Configurability
Prerequisites
You will need the following prerequisites in order to use Power Notes Subject Configurability:
- BH4SF managed package, version 2024.03 or higher
- If you need assistance obtaining this version, please reach out to your account representative.
- Fully configured Power Notes/Power Share
- For details see Power Notes or Power Share for Power Notes.
- ATS v2, Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. and Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. enabled
- Power Notes added to Browse, if Browse is used
Multi-Selection/Group Action/Bulk Mode Unavailable
When you configure a Power Note Subject for Power Notes created in ATSv2 In BH4SF, the newest version of the ATS tool (Application Tracking System), only one record at a time is supported. This limitation is due to the underlying Salesforce data model and objects relationship.
If users choose multiple Candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. in ATS and then use the Create Power Note action, only the first candidate (the first Applicationv2 record) will be used to calculate out the default subject based on the Field Specific Power Notes Subject Configurations.
This means the following actions are not supported:
- Multi-Selection of Candidates in ATS for the Create Power Note action
- Power Note Subject for Power Notes created using Browse Group Action When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates
- Bulk mode is not supported
