Admin: Configure Reject Placed Candidates

Users may perform a Reject/Unreject action for records that are in the Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.) stage.

Your configuration steps will depend on what patch version you have.

January 2025 Patch Versions

1. Create/update a record for the Emergency Configuration Custom Metadata Type.
2. Set the Config Field 1 value to include the following node:
   • Copy

     {
     "allowRejectOnCRStage": true
     }

3. Ensure Custom labels not from the TR namespace are set to Non-Protected.

Full Release Versions, After February 2025

1. Navigate to Custom Setting > ATS Configuration Settings.
2. Enable Allow Reject on Closing Report Stage.
