November 2025 Release: Activity Tab Resolved Issues
To all internal associates looking after customer upgrades, please be aware that there will be a mandatory step when upgrading any Org to the November release. You will need to install package version 9.21.2 before installing any November version.
This needs to be done:

When creating a Follow-Up Event
A Salesforce term used to describe an activity that involves invitations being sent out and calendar appointments being made. from the Activity tab, users encountered an "Unable to parse records field values" error. The issue was caused by an incorrectly formatted formula in the Date To Sort By field on the Activity object that prevented Salesforce from properly parsing the field values.
The Date To Sort By field formula has been updated to properly convert date values to date time format.
