November 2025 Release: Resume Manager Resolved Issues

To all internal associates looking after customer upgrades, please be aware that there will be a mandatory step when upgrading any Org to the November release. You will need to install package version 9.21.2 before installing any November version.

This needs to be done:

  • for any Org upgrading from any version prior to 2025.11* to 2025.11*

  • for any Org upgrading from any version prior to 2025.11* to post 2025.11* if 2025.11* was skipped

Parsing Error when Using V3 Parser

  • Feature: Resume Manager

  • Level of Configuration: None

When using Resume Parser V3 with Textkernel integration, uploading and parsing a resume through the Global ActionClosed When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates resulted in an "Attempt to de-reference a null object" error.

The Textkernel parser integration has been updated to properly handle JSON response structures and null pointer exceptions during the CV parsing workflow.
