November 2025 Release: Other Enhancements

To all internal associates looking after customer upgrades, please be aware that there will be a mandatory step when upgrading any Org to the November release. You will need to install package version 9.21.2 before installing any November version.

This needs to be done:

  • for any Org upgrading from any version prior to 2025.11* to 2025.11*

  • for any Org upgrading from any version prior to 2025.11* to post 2025.11* if 2025.11* was skipped

Conversion of BHRC Packaged Workflow Rules to Flow: Daxtra Sync

  • Feature: Workflows

  • Level of Configuration: Low

The following Flows have been added to the package to replace existing packaged Workflow Rules. This is in preparation for Salesforce withdrawal of support for Workflow Rules.

  • WFR syncCallListMember→ Flow: Send To DIS CallListMember

  • WFR  syncContact→ Flow: Send To DIS Contact

  • WFR  syncContactDocument→ Flow: Send To DIS ContactDocument

  • WFR  syncVacancy→ Flow: Send To DIS Job

Before activating the Flows, please make sure to review Migration Instructions: Workflow Rules to Flows.
