Omnitable Interview Scheduling

• Feature: Omnitable Generic/reusable component that can be added to pages to show a fully configurable/customizable list of records and actions.

• Level of Configuration: Low

You can now add an Interview Schedule This is the record that captures the details of the interview set up (day, time, address, etc) Omnitable to Job and Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. records that shows all interviews scheduled for that Job/Candidate. The following columns are shown out-of-the box, but they can be customized:

• Interviewee (Candidate)

• Interviewer Usually the client/hiring manager taking part in a Job interview. A recruiter can also be an Interviewer

• Cancelled

• Rejected

• Schedule Type (SendOut A Client Submission (Sendouts, CV Sent) occurs when a recruiter sends a candidate to the hiring manager for approval to have an interview., Internal Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client., Group Internal Interview)

Under the Actions dropdown, you will see the following:

• Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Schedule (Create)

• Internal Interview (Create)

• Group Internal Interview (Create)

• Edit Schedule

• Cancel Schedule

• Create PowerNote

Multi-selection is supported for the Cancel Interview action, while only one record at a time can be edited.

Configuration Steps

1. Go to Setup > Custom Metadata Types > Named Settings(BH4SF) > Omnitable_jobSendOutSchedules (this is the JSON configuration that contains the out of the box configuration and that users can customize)

2. To add the Interview Schedule Omnitable to a Job record, follow the instructions provided in Omnitable Configuration Guide > Step 2: Add an Omnitable as 'Standalone' or as 'Related List' to any object. When entering the Omnitable API API, or Application Programming Interface, is used by customers to create custom career portals or to take advantage of Data Mirror/DataMart. Bullhorn prefers to use REST API. Name in the Lightning page, just enter "jobSendOutSchedules".

To add the Omnitable Interview Schedule component to a Candidate record, follow the same steps as above and use the Omnitable_candidateSendOutSchedules JSON
