Clicking the Scroll Bar Closes the Selection Box of the Dropdown

When using any generic lookup dropdown with a scroll bar, clicking and dragging the scroll bar caused the dropdown to close unexpectedly, preventing users from scrolling to select items further down the list.

The generic lookup component behavior has been updated to keep the dropdown open when users interact with the scroll bar, allowing proper scrolling and item selection.
