Errors when Sending Bulk Emails

Users reported a few different issues and inconsistencies noticed when they were sending a large volume of emails using ATS actions or Async Flow actions, like seeing errors in the logs or not getting Activities created when emails were sent.

We currently support a maximum of 2,000 emails being sent. Testing was carried out by sending 2,000 emails at a time:

using standard size templates/free text in the email body
using data heavy templates/free text in the email body
with attachment
without attachment
using async flow actions (specifically from Kona search result page)
using ATS actions (emailing from Omnitable Generic/reusable component that can be added to pages to show a fully configurable/customizable list of records and actions. ATS)
