Lightning Folders Not Picked Up in the New Email Editor

Lightning email template folders were not displayed in the folder dropdown when using Mass MailClosed A Mass Mailing tool that's used to mass mail a list of candidates or clients in ATS or Call List, preventing users from selecting Lightning email templates stored in shared folders.

The folder query logic has been updated to correctly retrieve Lightning email template folders by accounting for their AccessType configuration when enhanced sharing is enabled.
