Searcher Access Components

All external search access configuration procedures are available here.

Admins will need access to two components for the management of all Portal-related operations:

1. Assuming that you don't have a Textkernel Management page already set up, go to Setup > Lightning App Builder > New and create new Lightning Page (App Page).
2. Label: TextKernel Management.
3. Select a page layout with three sections.
4. In the Edit page, add the following:
   • Textkernel Management custom component to the top section
   • Textkernel Searcher Access Management custom component - Users to bottom left section (if required)
   • Textkernel Searcher Access Management custom component - Profiles to bottom right section (if required)
   

   You can select to show either User or Profile from the Row Type drop-down on the right-hand side. You can also allow access to external boards using Groups or in combination with Profiles/Users, if you want to.

   

5. Save and activate for Admin Users only, or as required.

6. Repeat the same steps to add a Lightning Page for the custom component, Job Board Credentials Management. Save and activate for all Users, or as required.
