USAM Activity Search: Configuring Page Layout

Set up the Searchable Activity Page layout with the required fields.

1. Click Setup.
2. Click Object Manager.
3. Click Searchable Activity.
4. Click Fields & Relationships.
5. Click Activity Type.
6. Under Values, click New.
7. Enter all desired types you would like.
   • Each value should be on its own line.
   • The entered value will be used for the value's label and the API name.
8. Click Save.
9. In the Object Manager, complete the above steps for the Activity page layout.
   • Ensure the same fields and values are also present in the Activity record so that the information can be mapped across.
