USAM Activity Search: Testing
Verify the Synchronization with TextKernel A BH4SF partner. One of the Search and Match / Resume Parsin services providers integrated with BH4SF works.
- Create Searchable Activities records:
- Repeat this process three times to have three records for your test.
- See if you can return candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. based on the Searchable Activity.
- Let Bullhorn know when this is complete.
- We’ll check TK An abbreviation for Textkernel and verify that the new data sync has been successful.
- Add data into the Searchable Activity object.
- This will be an ongoing, incremental population via a flow trigger.

- Create a flow to create/update Searchable Activity records upon creation Triggers for resynchronisation to Textkernel.
- This will be handled via a trigger in the managed package.
- Add the Activity Search Facet to the USAM filter panel.

- Test in a Sandbox Non Production Environments are used by customers to test new features prior to them going live./UAT environment.
