USAM Activity Search: Testing

Verify the Synchronization with TextKernel works.

1. Create Searchable Activities records:
   • Repeat this process three times to have three records for your test.
2. See if you can return candidates based on the Searchable Activity.
3. Let Bullhorn know when this is complete.
   • We’ll check TK and verify that the new data sync has been successful.
4. Add data into the Searchable Activity object.
   • This will be an ongoing, incremental population via a flow trigger.
     • For more details on flow triggers, see the Salesforce article What is a Record Triggered Flow.
5. Create a flow to create/update Searchable Activity records upon creation Triggers for resynchronisation to Textkernel.
   • This will be handled via a trigger in the managed package.
6. Add the Activity Search Facet to the USAM filter panel.
   • For steps to add this, see Configure USAM Activity Search Facet
7. Test in a Sandbox/UAT environment.

You have now verified your Activity Search feature works and syncs properly.
