Placement Sync Criteria: ATS to BTE

There are certain criteria that must be met for a Placement to sync from Bullhorn ATS to Bullhorn Time & Expense. The following must be true for a new Placement to successfully sync:

  • Placement Status must be "Approved", or any other custom statuses configured in BTE to initiate a sync.
  • Must not be a Direct Hire Placement.
  • End Date must not be more than 30 day in the past (the default look back day setting). If your agency's look back day is set for longer than 30, then the End Date must not be further in the past than the set number of look back days.
  • Pay & Bill Rules must be configured.
  • Active Rate Card must exist.
  • Time and Labor Enabled Date must be in the past if Time & Labor is enabled.
  • Time and Expense Source must exist.
  • Timesheet Cycle must exist if Time & Labor is enabled.
  • Time and Expense Branch must exist.

Edits to existing, synced placements can take up to 20 minutes to reflect in BTE.
