Timesheet Approval Reminders

This is Time & Labor functionality. To have Time & Labor enabled, contact your Account Manager.

The Timesheet Approval Reminder feature allows users to send timesheet approval reminders from Bullhorn ATS to the designated timesheet approver set up in Bullhorn Time & Expense. Follow the steps below to send a timesheet approval reminder.

The Timesheet Status must be "Submitted" in order for the timesheet approval reminder to send.

  1. Navigate to the Timesheets List View in Bullhorn ATS.
  2. Select the checkboxes for each timesheet you need to send a reminder for.
  3. Click the Actions drop down menu.
  4. Select Send Approval Reminder.
  5. Click Send Reminder(s) on the pop up modal.
    • A confirmation pop up will appear stating "All eligible approval reminders were successfully queued to be sent." After being queued in ATS the reminder is sent via Bullhorn Time & Expense automatically.

All approval reminders sent, both automatic and manual, are logged on the Activity tab on the timesheet record.

You need the appropriate user type entitlement in order to send Timesheet Approval Reminders. Contact Bullhorn One Support to have your entitlements updated.
