Timesheet PreCreation

Timesheet PreCreation is a backend process that automatically creates new empty timesheets for active placements. This automatic process ensures that Bullhorn Time & Expense (BTE) and ATS always have the same data. It also allows for easier tracking of historical timesheet data.

Newly precreated timesheets are hidden by default, but can be accessed through filtering for New on the Timesheet List screen. You may also see Draft status timesheets, which have entries added, but have not yet been submitted. These are not hidden by default. On the BTE side, the equivalent to Draft is called Saved.
