View and Manage Applications in Talent Platform

The Overview page gives recruiters a complete view of all applications submitted in Talent Platform. Each record represents the application itself, not the candidate profile.

Common Reasons You Might Use the Overview

  • “I want to see all applications completed in the last 30 days.”

  • “I need to filter by candidates still in progress.”

  • “I want to hide an application for later review.”

  • “I need to start onboarding from an application.”

When you open Applications > Overview, you’ll see a table of application records along with filtering tools at the top.

  • Date Applied filter: Narrow results by time range: 7, 30, 60, 180, 365 days, or set a custom date range.

  • Status filters: Click Complete, In Progress, or Hidden to instantly filter the list by that status.

  • Search bar: Enter a name or keyword to find a specific applicant.

Application Table

Each row in the table displays:

Application Statuses

  • Complete: Application submitted in full.

  • In Progress: Application started but not yet finished.

  • Hidden: Applications intentionally hidden by recruiters.

Hiding applications is useful if you want to separate out promising candidates for later review.

Actions You Can Take

From the Actions menu (three dots):

  • View: Open the application details.

  • Start Onboarding: Begin the onboarding process.

  • Mark as Hidden: Move the application into the hidden category.

Troubleshooting Applications

  • If you can’t find an application: Check the Hidden filter.

  • If filters look incorrect: Reset the Date Applied filter or refresh your browser.

  • If actions aren’t available: Confirm your user permissions with an admin.

FAQs

Can I filter applications by a custom date range?

Yes. Use the Date Applied filter and select Custom to set your own range.

What happens when I click Complete, In Progress, or Hidden?

The list updates to show only applications with that status.

Is an application the same as a candidate record?

No. Applications are the submissions; candidate records represent the individual.
