Blueprints
Blueprints are forms that are created and maintained by . They contain Federal, State/Province, General, and 3rd Party Integration forms. Admin users are able to add Blueprints to their form library to be sent to applicants individually or added to a package.
Many of the federal and state forms are changed by their governing bodies frequently. The team works to keep them updated with the most recent versions.
- Bullhorn strives to update Blueprints derived from federal or state forms within 4-6 weeks of the effective or publish date, whichever comes last. When there is an I-9
Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. change made this will be updated before the government deadline. - When a Blueprint
A set of global document maintained by Bullhorn that client’s can enable as needed. This would include I9, Federal W-4 and State Withholding forms. is updated, if it was enabled on your tenant, Bullhorn will automatically enable the new version of the form for assignment on your tenant. Some exceptions may apply. -
When a Blueprint is updated, packages containing that Blueprint will be automatically updated with the new form version.
- When a Blueprint is updated, recruiters are responsible for assigning the new versions of forms if deemed necessary. Bullhorn will not automatically assign the new version of the form to Applicants who have the older version assigned as part of an Active Workflow.
