Processing Individual PTO Requests

Use the following instructions to approve or reject PTO requests for an individual employee.

Your company may not have this functionality set up. If you are unable to complete the steps below, contact your agency for clarity.

  1. Select the Group/Branch.
  2. Click TaskApprove PTO from the top menu.
  3. Click the employee's name from the application. You may select the name from the calendar or from the Requests Pending Approval section.
  4. Review the date requested, number of hours requested, and submission date for each request. You may also see employee specific details like PTO balance and date of hire.
  5. Change your individual view to see requests already processed by opening the Processed tab.
    • If you have multiple employees with pending requests, review details for the next employee by clicking the Next button.
  6. Fill in the boxes on the right of the screen for any requests you wish to approve or reject. Select all requests at once by clicking the top selection box.
  7. Click Approve or Reject.
  8. Confirm by clicking Yes or return and review the requests by clicking No.
