Refresh IDs

A refresh ID is a unique identifier used to map employees to specific groups and locations in Bullhorn Time & Expense. Each group has a refresh ID configured in its settings. When an assignment file is processed, the refresh ID in the file must match the one on the group for employees to appear in that group and on its associated time clocks.

Why Refresh IDs Matter

If employees are not appearing in a time clock or group, an incorrect or missing refresh ID is a common cause. You'll need to verify that the refresh ID in the assignment file matches the refresh ID configured on the group in the Time Management Console (TMC).
